I am very disappointed with the tour that my wife and I took with your company last month.
我在此就贵公司的一次旅行向你们投诉，那是2006年2月26日，我与妻子参加你们一次旅游活动。
The brochure stated that we would see some of the most interesting sights of the city.
活动的小册子上写的我们会看到这个城市最美丽的景色。
Since we had visited the city before, we looked forward to seeing some new attractions.
因为我们以前来过这个城市，所以我们更期望能看到一些新的吸引人的地方。
On the morning of the first day, our tour guide picked us up in a small van. It did not look like any tour bus I had ever seen.
2月26日早上，我们的导游用一辆面包车接上了我们，它一点也不象我以前见过的旅游车。
Our tour guide drove us to the water front area and said that we could explore the area on our own.
导游将我们带到了瀑布区，然后让我们在那自由游玩。
The tour guide said that he had to leave for a short time to arrange for our lunch.
他说他要离开一会给我们安排午饭。
By the time the tour guide came back, three hours had gone by!
等他再回来的时间，时间都过去了三个小时了。
I was very angry and confronted him.
我当时很生气，与他有冲突。
I told him that this was the worst tour I had ever been on.
我告诉他，他是我见过的最烂的导游。
I am asking for a complete refund of the price of the tour.
我现在要求你们全额退款。
