浙江公布上半年生态环境质量报告

　　中国网浪潮资讯 近日，浙江省环保厅公布今天1月至6月《浙江生态环境质量状况》。今年以来，得益于碧水蓝天保卫战，浙江省生态环境稳中向好。据统计，今年1月至6月，浙江省Ⅲ类及以上水质断面占81%。这是自2010年以来，浙江省同期地表水Ⅰ类至Ⅲ类水质断面比例获得的而最好成绩，比2014年的60.6%上升20个百分点。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, Zhejiang Department of Environmental Protection released “Zhejiang Ecological Environmental Quality” of this year, from January to June. The eco-environmental quality of Zhejiang progresses steadily, due to the protection of clear water and blue sky. According to the statistics, from January to June this year, among Zhejiang’s water quality monitoring sections, 81% are at Grade III or above. It is the best distribution of Grade I ~ III water quality monitoring sections since 2010, in the corresponding period of the whole province, a growth of 20 percent on the 60.6% in 2014.

　　目前，反映流域水质的县级及以上劣Ⅴ类水质断面已从年初的58个降至23个，主要集中在甬台温三地；列入年初清单的劣Ⅴ类小微水体完成整治8936个。在浙江，劣Ⅴ类水占比不到百分之一。在群众最关心的饮用水方面，浙江省县级以上城市集中式饮用水水源水质达标率为94.5%（按个数计），设区市主要饮用水水源水质达标率为90.5%，同比均有上升。杭州、宁波、温州、湖州、绍兴、金华、衢州、舟山、台州和丽水等10个设区市的县级以上城市集中式饮用水水源水质优良，个数达标率、水量达标率均为100%。

At present, the number of Grade V water quality monitoring sections at county-level or above, has been reduced from 58 to 23, and mainly concentrates in Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou district; among the small and micro water bodies graded below V, on the list early this year, 8936 have completed their improvement. In Zhejiang, less than 1% of water is worse than Grade V. As for drinking water which the masses concern most, the qualified rate of centralized drinking water supply is 94.5% (counted by number) in Zhejiang’s cities above the county level, and the qualified rate of main drinking water supply is 90.5% in cities subsuming districts, registering both the year-on–year growth. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan, Taizhou and Lishui these 10 above country-level cities subsuming districts, all have high water quality of centralized drinking water supply, and the qualified rate of number of sites and water volume are both 100%.

　　据统计，浙江省县级以上城市日空气质量优良天数比例平均为89.6%。上半年，舟山、丽水、台州三地稳居浙江省空气质量前三。

According to statistics, good air quality was monitored in cities above the county-level in Zhejiang in 89.6% of days within a year on average. In the first half of 2017, Zhoushan, Lishui, and Taizhou, have the best air quality and in that order.

　　今年上半年，浙江省对69个县级以上城市开展了酸雨监测，浙江省酸雨覆盖量地区仍较多，除淳安、泰顺、仙居、龙泉、青田、庆元和景宁以外，均被酸雨所覆盖。但从趋势上来看，2010年至今，浙江省酸雨污染略有减轻。在城市声环境质量方面，上半年浙江省设区市声环境质量总体较好，衢州和舟山相对较好。

In the first half of this year, the acid rain was monitored in 69 cities above the county-level in Zhejiang. Acid rain is still a prevalent problem, affecting most regions in the province, excepting Chun’an, Taishun, Xianju, Longquan, Qingtian, Qingyuan, and Jingning. However, on the whole, the contamination of acid rain has lessened since 2010. As for the noise pollution, most cities subsuming districts have got promising results overall. Quzhou and Zhoushan’s noise pollution statistics are relatively better.
