2015年浙江第三季度消费者投诉量出炉。据悉,浙江各级消保委共接到消费者投诉3164件,比去年同期下降12.69%。其中质量问题1647件,超过投诉总量的一半。

根据投诉性质划分:质量问题1647件,占投诉总量51.91%;售后服务问题384件,占10.97%;价格问题149件,占4.7%;合同问题144件,占4.54%;安全问题85件,占2.68%;假冒问题43件,占1.36%;虚假宣传问题42件,占1.32%;计量问题14件,占0.44%;人格尊严问题1件,占0.03%;其他问题700件,占22.06%。
Divided according to complaints nature: 1647 pieces of quality problems, taking up 51.91% of all complaints; 384 pieces of after-sales service problems, accounting for 10.97%; 149 pieces of price problems, accounting for 4.7%; 144 pieces of contract problems, accounting for 4.54%; 85 pieces of security problems, accounting for 2.68%; 43 pieces of fake problems, accounting for 1.36%; 42 pieces of false publicity problems, accounting for 1.32%; 14 pieces of measurement problems, accounting for 0.44%; one piece of personality dignity problem, accounting for 0.03% ; Other issues 700 pieces, accounting for 22.06%.
其中,第三季度全省消保委共受理餐饮类投诉121件,比去年同期上升17.48%,居服务类投诉首位;受理教育培训服务类投诉38件,比去年同期上升123.52%,上升幅度明显。此外,,三季度是旅游旺季,旅游投诉也有所上升,涉及的问题主要有:合同不透明、购物问题多、旅游欺诈等。

据统计,目前已解决投诉2655件,解决率83.91%。涉案金额1541.2万元,为消费者挽回经济损失644.96 万元。其中因经营者有欺诈行为得到加倍赔偿的投诉126件,加倍赔偿金额10.72万元。
According to statistics, 2,655 pieces of complaints has been resolved so far, a resolution rate of 83.91%. Involving 15.412 million Yuan and retrieve consumers’ economic losses of 6.4496 million Yuan. Among them, 126 complaint cases got doubling compensation because of fraud, the double compensation amount was 107,200.
